Key responsilities

qUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and their integration with electronic components.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging hardware issues.

Senior SI/PI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal and Power Integrity Simulation Engineer to join our hardware engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing signal and power integrity in complex electronic systems. You will work closely with design and validation teams to ensure high-performance designs that meet industry standards.

Key responsilities
  • Conduct signal integrity (SI) simulations for automotive electronic systems, analyzing and optimizing high-speed interfaces, such as LPDDR4/5, PCIe Gen4/5, A/C/D-PHY, Multi Giga-Bit Ethernet .
  • Conduct Power integrity (PI) simulations, optimizing target impedance and AC coupling in power delivery networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Silicon & Hardware design engineers, IP providers, Electrical and System Validation teams, EDA tools vendors, and product managers to address SI/PI issues and provide actionable design recommendations.
  • Engage in joint simulation and measurement efforts with the Electrical Validation team to facilitate comprehensive validation of designs.
    Perform root cause analysis on signal and power integrity failures and propose effective corrective actions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate simulation findings and design strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
qUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in signal and power integrity analysis
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ANSYS, ADS or equivalent, including 2.5D/3D extraction.
  • Strong knowledge of transmission line theory, electromagnetic principles, and PCB design best practices.
  • Experience in custom digital/analog circuit design and transistor level simulations – advantage.
  • Experience with lab measurement equipment for SI/PI validation (e.g., oscilloscopes, TDR).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Senior PCB Layout Engineer

We are looking for a Senior PCB Design layout Engineer to join our Hardware engineering team at the AV Platform department as a key player in the development of next-generation ECU (electrical control unit) for autonomous vehicles.

Key responsilities
  • Working closely with hardware and mechanical design engineers, you’ll perform PCB layout Mobileye’s ECUs and other products.
  • Complete development of CAD layout from footprint definition, detailed component placement, constraints management, with a concept of topology and signal and power integrity.
  • Be responsible for the design releases required generation of artwork files, ODB++, FAB drawings, ICT report, and electronic PCB documentation.
  • Your designs will need to follow IPC class 3 , signal and power integrity constraints, EMI/RFI control and automotive regulations.
qUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
  • 5+ years’ experience in high-speed design.
  • Having a detailed knowledge of circuit design and consideration for layout, routing, and timing constraints, DFM, DFA, DFT constraints in volume manufacturing is needed for this role.
  • Be an authority in using PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro – an advantage)
  • Have a deep understanding of PCB Signal Integrity and Power integrity.
  • Knowledge in PCB manufacturing processes for HDI, Standard Thru-Hole, and Back-drilling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve and able to work independently and as a teammate.

Staff Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Mechanical Design Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team at the AV Platform department as a key player in the development of next-generation ECU (electrical control unit) for autonomous vehicles.

Key responsilities
  • Take full ownership of the mechanical design, from concept, through detailed design and support during Qualification, NPI and Mass-Production stages.
  • Work closely with the hardware and layout team to define PCB outline, under different constraints and integrate the electrical design into the mechanical
  • Perform DFM, mechanical simulation and stack up/tolerance analysis.
  • Analyze customer requirements and extract all relevant information for the ECU design.
  • Work closely with OEMs and Contract Manufacturers
qUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering
  • 8+ years in mechanical design
  • Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve and able to work independently and as a teammate.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with 3D CAD, (for example SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo ).
  • Strong background in design of mechanical components for high-volume manufacturing technologies, such as: stamping, die casting, extrusion, and injection molding.
  • High awareness for quality and manufacturability, and understanding of statistical tolerance analysis techniques, CTF dimensioning, and GD&T, DFM and FMEA.
  • Understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in automotive design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address technical challenges and optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.

Senior Thermal Engineer

  • Extensive hands-on experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Deep expertise in air-cooled, passive, and liquid cooling solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.
  • Self-motivated with a fast learning curve, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • High awareness for quality, manufacturability, regulations, and compliance automotive regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
